The EpicService Award is the highest level of recognition for guest service at Vail Resorts. This program recognizes individuals who provide an Experience of a Lifetime to an external guest or a fellow colleague. A Vail Resorts employee earns this award by embodying our service mantra: Own It. Personalize It. Elevate It.

Quarterly nominees receive an EpicService pin and have a local celebration in their honor. And, each year, one winning nominee from each location will be awarded an all-expense paid, multi-day trip to one of our resorts, an invitation to the Inside Edge live employee Town Hall broadcast and an exclusive dinner with CEO Rob Katz and other executives.
